The best thing about this apartment is its location. You can enjoy views of the Spanish Steps and Rome city center from your balcony. The view is better than most offered by nearby restaurants. Since you are already in the city center, you can wake up early and leisurely explore the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon before they become overcrowded. Besides the excellent location, the room itself is clean and cozy, and the bathroom has all the necessities. Last but not least, the host, Edoardo, was very hospitable and helpful. I will definitely try to book this apartment for my next visit.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this place over 5 nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and incredibly central (makes everything walkable), making it easy to explore the area. Decor and bathroom is fresh and modern. The host, Eduardo, was lovely and went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally locked my key in the room. The hosts are responsive and helpful. It’s a no brainer to book this place.

It's an excellent location, you can walk everywhere but still near the Metro station Spanish stairs. The view is great, you can also have a chat with seagulls which land on the terrace across the street. 😄 We have one of those. A restaurant that is a couple of steps outside offers a good choice of food and drinks. Rooms are clean with lots of clean linens and other stuff you need.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The owner was incredibly helpful. Small but clean and comfortable room.
