Everything was perfect. The apartment very clean and new. There is only 13 minutes by foot to access the metro station, and 25 minutes by foot to Colosseum. The location is great!

Very beautiful and cozy apartment. Freshly renovated, clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. There are various kitchen utensils, dishes, washing machine, coffee machine, hair dryer, as well as TV available. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the apartment is very warm and welcoming. The location is also excellent, the Coliseum is a 30-40 minute walk away. Next to the apartment there are various cafes, shops, the metro and the bus stop are also nearby. I also appreciated the self check-in opportunity. We definitely recommend this accommodation!
Highly recommended for good value just outside the city wall , a full apt.

The hostess was extremely kind to us in 2 ways. She let us stay longer because our flight was I the evening quite a few hours after checkout. She even called a cab for us to get us to the airport because we did not have phone service, just internet. Her directions for getting the key fro the lockbox were very clear and easy to follow. She responded promptly to communications from us. Also the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped.

Tudo extremamente limpo, moderno e confortável. A anfitriã Monica sempre muito simpática e prestável e com atenção ao detalhes. O alojamento fica perto de uma estação de metro, que facilmente de faz a pé.

L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli: confortevole e pulitissimo. La posizione, a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Re di Roma, è ottima per chi ha bisogno di spostarsi per lavoro o vacanza. Il proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento, sebbene piccolo, è molto funzionale e ben organizzato.

В моем опыте это было первое жилье, которое выглядело лучше, чем на фото, обычно наоборот :) Новая, чистая, уютная квартира в хорошем районе. До основных достопримечательностей 30 минут пешком либо 3-5 остановок на метро. До центрального вокзала 4 остановки на метро. Через дорогу супермаркет, рядом много кафе. Доброжелательная хозяйка. Однозначно рекомендую к проживанию.
