The location of the apartment was centrally located. Just about every landmark and the metro was within walking distance. Great shopping around the area. My advice: take a big suitcase and pack extremely light! There are several little clothes shops around the area to fill up your suitcase with unique fashionable threads and artwork you won't find back at home!
So glad to make this 'home' for 4 days and will stay again if i ever visit Rome again!

Location, location, location! Most attractions could be reached with walking. Amazing to be immersed in the quaint historical quarter- lots of cafes, restaurants, leather goods, fashion shops to explore. A platter of fruits, milk in the fridge greeted us after an easy collection of keys. Great sound insulation- once the windows are closed, the chattering and cluttering from the streets are all shut out! The slowness of the lift actually has a calming effort :-)
LOCATION IS EVERYTHING! excellent flat, great hosts, do not miss.

Location, Location. Location - unbelievable location. On an excllent street in the middle of everything, could walk anywhere in old town, Although in the middle of everything, the shutters and double hung windows blocked out the sound and light. Very funky and awesome arrangement of rooms and huge flat with lots of space. Access and check in were easy. hosts were excellent, couldn't have been happier with our choice. we will definately be back

Location and space! Kitchen, dining space and cooking facilities were well furnished for us to be able to cook and ‘eat in’ for 2 nights out of our 4 night stay. Dishwasher and washing machine was helpful.

Very spacious, old world charm, spacious kitchen, well stocked. A wonderfully comfortable bed with comfy linens, pillows and comforter. Fabulous enormous windows that open to the street below, yet when closed are completely soundproof. Strong wooden shutters will block out all light should you prefer to be isolated even more so from the outdoors. An elevator delivers you from ground floor entrance to your apartment door, which is an enormous bonus in these old historic buildings when struggling with luggage. However, the stairwell is also easy to manage as the steps are well spaced and not so steep in height as some are. I asked Novella if I could purchase one of her baskets to prepare a gift and instead she had her housekeeper bring me one without charging me for it! There was some trouble with the TV - it worked fine in Italian but had no streaming apps - and so Renzo brought us a newer smart TV still in box. Fortunately, I was successful in hooking it up for them and we had Netflix. This was only an issue because the weather was so bad and we were staying indoors for two days. When Renzo brought the new TV he was very enjoyable in conversation, telling us a lot about the history and area. When he understood we were staying indoors because we hadn’t packed suitable jackets to wear in the cold wet weather, he left us two of his jackets for us - literally gave us the shirts off his back, so to speak. So very thoughtful. The location is exceptional. Walk out the front door of the bldg and you are already surrounded by cafes, shops, ristorante, bakeries, and vibrant activity. There is a Carrefour express a few meters away where one can shop Italian delicacies and everyday grocery items to your heart’s content. This was particularly convenient for us, as mentioned above, the weather was too cold for outdoor dining so we made use of the great kitchen.

Wonderful apartment, lovely decor and very clean. Close to everything in Rome! And even though it is on a busy street, we couldn’t hear a thing.
