The location was perfect, a few blocks walking to Termini station, that was a huge plus because I easily could move around the city. The staff was very attentive and helpful (Thanks Jelena)

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. However, I recommend turning on the AC as soon as one takes possession of the room so that it cools down. Rome can get pretty hot in summer. Also, pull the curtains to the side or the air won't flow in the room. Though it's a B&B, there is no actual breakfast. There is a kettle in the room with some cookies and rusks by Mulino Bianco (a great food brand in Italy). There was also a coffee station in front of the reception desk and that was available at all hours. The location was excellent. The B&B is no more than 10 minutes on foot from the main train station. Right outside the B&B, there is a fantastic restaurant that cooks traditional Roman dishes. As in all big cities, it is recommended not to walk around that area at night. Advice from a local: keep your phones in your front pockets, your backpacks in front of you and not on your back, NO fanny packs or handbags (Yes, to bandoleras-across the chest bags). Check the directions on your phone and learn your route. Do NOT go around holding your phone to see where to go; you become an easy target.

Good location (5mins walk to termini station) and friendly staff. Very clean environment! A small refrigerator! And we can check in ahead after confirmation! 🥰A fabulous restaurant on the gate and It is highly recommended!!!
Overall is very good, there is free café and tea, clean bathroom, all agrees with a description.

I liked that the property had an elevator so my family and I did not have a hard time with our luggage. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Easy access to the main door and room even after check in hours.
