it was clean, location was good (on metro station), safe to stay, bathroom was only for us (no one that we stayed with used it), kitchen had lots of stuff, owner was friendly and ready to help (she speaks only Italian), easy self check-in
Good value for money accomodation in quiet but well connected neighbourhood of Rome.

Good location, out in the suburbs so a bit quieter but still lots of nice restaurants around. Also a lot cheaper than the inner city! Metro station is very close and was easy to use - takes about half an hour to get to the central city attractions using the metro. Washing machine was not working but owner provided a solution quickly.

The location close to Malatesta metro station is very good. There is also a tramway stop to Termini train station only 10 minutes away. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room is quite basic (really like on the picture), but all we needed was a bed to sleep in and a shower in the morning, so we were very happy. Hot water came quickly in the shower and our late check-in was no problem. Note that depending on the room you take, the bathroom has no connecting door to the room but you have to step out in the corridor and take the door just next to your room. That didn't bother us much, though. There is a kitchen, too, but we did not use it. I think you couldn't find better for this price in Rome!

the room, bathroom and shared kitchen were very clean. 5-10 min walking time to Maltesta metro station ( 30 min to Termini station) . Kitchen is very comfortable: There is fridge, microwave, washing machine and everything for cooking.

Very comfortable place, size of the room is bigger than how it looks in the picture which was very nice. The guest was a very lovely lady. It is a perfect place to stay for doing tourism in Rome, well connected and nice places around to eat.
