Location was great. Most attractions in Rome are walkable within 30 minutes and only 8 minutes to the station. The host was lovely too.
Good B&B next to Termini

Great Location, right next to The Train station. Lift to go up to the B&B which was a plus! Arrived early and were able to leave our bags and go out to explore, and we were also able to leave our luggage for a few hours on check out and collect it after. Coffee maker in the room.

Very clean and the host was conscientious and there to make sure everything was safe and secure. The elevator was a plus after several weeks of increasing amounts of luggage and managing train travel. The coupons for the croissant and coffee for the restaurant that is open very early make a great start to the day.

Rooms were clean and well appointed - well organized. They are small but efficient (there are larger rooms available). The location is good in regard to being close to the train station - walking distance to some attractions - very close to the hop on hop off buses if you want to go further. Taxis are always available at the train station for longer trips. Taxi there, walk back etc. There is an elevator which is a bonus for older travellers or people who can't do 4 flights of stairs with luggage.
