Nice place, good location, tramway in other side of Street, ~ 20 min to go. Need to go till the last Station in Rome ~ 20 min to go. Very nice owners.:)

Cleanliness is excellent, staff is quite pleasant. The room is comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Location is very good too. I liked to have a kitchen available for a quick snack or breakfast. Staff was very kind to allow luggage storage after our check out. I believe this is a very nice place to stay in Rome, with a small budget.

The hosts are very kind and helpful. Location in Gianicolense is convenient with easy access to tram line 8 and Trastevere train stain station nearby. Breakfast is provided in the neighbourhood cafe serving delicious sweet pastries and great coffees. We found that the shared kitchen was very useful.

There is a very good breakfast in a coffee nearby. It is far from the city centre, but the station of tram 8 is very close. The room is very small, but is clean and has a private bathroom.
Good location for visiting Rome but not if you want somewhere quiet.
