Ideal place for a night if you're heading to the airport as it's within easy walking distance of Roma Termini station with its airport train and buses. The airport bus is actually a great option - half the price of the train, takes about 40 minutes (depending on traffic). There's a kettle in the room if you want to make tea. There are plenty of restaurant options close by, including a great Chinese place if you're over pasta and pizza. There's no desk or check in as such, but the instructions were detailed and it was easy to get in to the property and the room via the key pads. Wouldn't want to stay more than a night, though.
