The apartment we rented was beautiful, clean and great location. The apartment is well supplied (for example kitchen basic ingredients and washer soap etc..) The host Alberto was very responsive and helpful

Great location. You can walk to many of the historical sights and there is atleast 50+ eateries you can walk to. Shopping is walkable too. Would definitely recommend this location. Alberto is a fantastic host. Very responsive, accommodating and kind. Thank you Alberto. I hope to visit again.

Everything was perfect on our stay here, already from the very beginning, when we've met the kind host Domenico at the precise time we had arranged, and he not only checked us in, but gave us a lot of useful indications and suggestions about the neighbourhood. The apartment is even better than the pictures, with everything clean and in good order. The kitchen is complete with everything you could need for a home-made italian meal, there is a very useful washing-drying machine and the showers are great. Besides that, the LOCATION is one of the BEST in Rome: just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo e Piazza di Spagna, and not more than 20 minutes walking from the Vatican, the Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi. Even so, one of the best features of this place are the hosts: they were reachable and available at any time on the phone, kind and ready to answer any message and try to attend any special needs. Next time in Rome, we will definetely stay here again! DEFINETELY RECOMMENDED!!

Excellent location close to a lot of cafes, restaurants, sightseeing, and bars. The property presents itself really well as you enter the courtyard; the outside space really adds to the overall ambiance. The host was really responsive and was really kind to let us extend our checkout by 30 minutes. His instructions for accessing the property were really helpful!

The host was extremely accommodating. The location was centrally located. Apartment is newly renovated and has all modern accommodations- nice showers, kitchen. It’s tastefully decorated in a beautiful old restored building with a charming courtyard area. We were very happy with the apartment as it exceeded what we expections.

We stated our arrival time of 9-10 am. There was never a complaint or email stating that would be a problem. Upon our arrival we called the host. There was a language barrier AND he seemed surprised that we had arrived at 10 am. The place was not ready and he told us first we would need to come back in the afternoon. After I complained, he told us the cleaner would let us in to put our luggage down but we would then need to leave. We were never told anything about the place or how anything worked other than how the keys worked by the cleaner. Later we received a call from the host telling us he needed money for the city taxes paid in cash and a picture of my passport texted to him. I refused to send the passport by text especially since I had already provided this information through booking.com. He said he had never received it.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
