Spacious, cosy and comfy stay inbetween Fiumicino and Rome city

We were warmly welcomed by the host, Geraldine, who showed us around and gave useful tips. She also made a coffee ready in moka for morning. Breakfast was delicious. Access to the garden was a bonus in this quiet neighborhood reachable by Metromare (public service train) from the city in about 15 mins. Beautiful and clean bathroom with shower gels and towels. Bidet wasn’t missing.

Thanks to the wonderful hostess Geraldine. perfectly clean. the room was very cozy, I slept like at home. There is a beautiful garden outside the windows. There is access to the yard in several places in the house. There is everything you need and even more. she is very responsive and was ready to help with everything. Thanks a lot)))

Lovely host who wants to help you with everything and has lots of tips for the Rome area! Room is great, we had our own bathroom which was accessable though the living room. In Vitinia there is also an excellent local restaurant (Roberto de Persio) where we ate all night. It was nice to get away from the busy city and finish the evening here! Ofcourse public transport from Vitinia to Rome City was great as the public transportation is like 5 min from the Bnb.

The location is a 1 min walk from the metro. The host provided a continental breakfast 😋 The host went above and beyond to assist me with my transportation options. I honestly would not have made it to the cruise port on time without her assistance.
If you want calm and good organised vacation, this property is very good choice!

Amazing AMAZING host!!!!! The host went above and beyond to make my stay amazing even as far as planning an Italian itinerary for me !!!! It's a little room in a neighborhood of home overlooking a little garden with fresh apricots and near a very good local restaurant! If you want a quiet stay outside the center of Rome this is for you I loved it! I would love to visit again, her son Ludovico is adorable too !! :)

The owner is very nice, the house is located close to the train station (15 minutes by train to Rome) I definitely recommend: peace, garden and three cats.
