It so exceeded my expectations that I doubt I would ever be satisfied with other hotels elsewhere! Wonderful staff (applause đź‘Ź) & fantastic location (all the local guides told us that it is the best and safest area in Rome & beautiful historic palace owned by noble house created by papacy.

Everything about the apartment was perfect. It’s a truly magical place to stay. The location is perfect, the building is incredibly beautiful. The apartment itself is gorgeous, clean, stylish and has the most amazing roof terrace with panoramic views of the city. Beatrice our host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay comfortable and effortless.
A great central location from which we explored the city - its sites, restaurants and shops. Very happy overall.

History. Central location - we were able to walk to practically all the main historical sites and buildings. There were a good number of excellent restaurants within a short walking distance.

It is really Avery unique experience to be in this place , Beatrice was of great help during our stay with everything well prepared and extremely organized. List of recommendation for the restaurant, suggestions for tours , and etc . The place is fantastic. Really recommend it for living a new experience.
Magical hidden palace!

All I can say is wow, is this a hidden palace? Beatrice was wonderful communicating with us through the booking.com app chat. The views are stunning, the staff are wonderful. We had tea and breakfast on our private rooftop terrace every morning and cheers-d to the Rome lights at night. It's a magical place and would come back! So close to the spanish steps and great restaurants (the have a list of recommendations which was especially appreciated for the first night when we were a little travel weary... walked 5 mins and had a beautiful dinner)

The property is amazing, it's like staying in one of the museums we visited. Glad we were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers), staying alone or just a couple in this property could have been a little creepy and spooky at night.
