The best stay in Rome for me!!! Can’t wait to be back! Amazing staff and communication! Location is excellent! The room is big and very light!

Fantastic location on a pedestrianised street, not far from Spanish steps. Traditional apartment building with high ceilings. Very clean, nice sized room and comfy bed. Nespresso machine and biscuits / pastries were a nice touch. Good communication by text from the hosts.
Central stay but very noisy and loud.

Location is amazing. In the middle of a pedestrian zone and close to everything. Walkable to most restaurants and POI's. The room was located in the 3rd floor of a city building. Check in was done via WhatsApp only with instructions. It's an old building with charme. Cleaning and service was great. Communication with staff via WhatsApp easy.

Location is excellent, near to plenty of attractions and restaurants. General cleanliness was good, and there were some complimentary snacks, nespresso coffee, tea and water provided in the room. The "reception" area had a computer and printer if you needed to print off any tickets. For the price we're paying, I don't think we can get much better.
Excellent location in the heart of Rome, nice room, extraordinary art lobby, safe atmosphere, helpful and kind staff.

The location is excellent, safe and at the same time lively street. Our small room was recentle renovated, the bathroom was really nice, we loved our balcony window. The coffee maker saved our mornings. The cleaning staff was professional and worked with a warm tone of voice. The lobby = art exhibition.
It was a smell of old house, but I think all the buildings in that area have the same problem. The soundproof is 0, but
