Great location with modern facilities

Great location right by Colosseo and metro and with many bars underneath. Eliza was very nice and kept the communication going for checking in, she also turned on the AC before we arrived. Complementary biscuits and wine.

Our space was perfect for our family of three. The room felt incredibly spacious, which is rare for a city like Rome. It was equipped with modern appliances and furnishings and we felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Bonus! The unit is accessible by elevator which was great for us since we had several suitcases and a stroller. The location was great too! You’re steps away from one of the greatest views of the Coliseum and restaurants. We so appreciate the hospitality of Residenza Flavia—check in was easy and they were quick to answer questions and arrange a private transfer to the airport for our flight home. They also left us a bottle of wine, water, and snacks, which was so thoughtful.
Would highly recommend for a couple wanting to Homiday in Rome.

Fantastic location right near the coliseum. Local restaurants were fantastic. Eli went out of her way to help us with lost baggage. Couldn’t recommend high enough.

Perfect location, fully kitted out apartment with everything you could need! Hosts were very informative & helpful! The apartment is right next to the colosseum which is amazing but we spent more time eating at trastavere! Bar San Calisto is a must for your morning coffee & pastry needs, Vanda for dinner also, the best meal we had in the trip I think

This place is beautiful - spacious, well maintained and ideally situated right by the colosseum. Also we loved the little bars, cafes and ice cream places just below the apartment. We couldn’t recommend it more highly. Also, they offer a late check in (for us this was after 10pm) which is really useful as we found lots of places in Rome had a 9pm cut off.
