I liked the location of the residence which was walking distance to restaurants, bars and other tourist attractions. The owner Steve was also very generous with his time and ensured the check in process was flawless, provided recommendations for great restaurants and places to visit and was very welcoming and courteous towards the entire stay.

This property is a little gem. Spotlessly clean, in walking distance of all the major sights and with wonderful owners who cannot do enough to help you! Stefano was fabulous, booking airport transport, taxis and restaurants for us and making sure that everything was taken care of, even coming from home on one occasion to make sure that the taxi he called for us would arrive on time. He recommended fantastic restaurants where we had excellent food and gave us great advice about how to get tickets for the major sites. We had two lovely, newly decorated en suite bedrooms with free water prosecco and snacks left for us on arrival. Breakfast each day (included) was at a great cafe just across the street where they serve lovely pastries, toasted sandwiches juice and coffee and anything extra that you might decide to have was at an extremely reasonable price. My husband ordered two extra cappuccinos and a pastry one morning which came to four euros in total! The area itself is quiet and safe to walk around at night, a 15 minute walk to the Vatican and all major sites are between 15-30 mins walk away, though it is also close to bus and metro links if you prefer. Taxis are quite cheap and Stefano was happy to order a taxi for us too when required. He and his wife were so friendly and helpful we will most definitely stay with them again and recommend them to our friends!

I personalny checked the hotel - I recommend it. The rooms were clean, well-kept, cleaned and towels changed every day. The service was nice, friendly and very helpful. We will certainly use the services of this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome at the Residenza Elizabeth! The location was great and Stefano was the perfect host! Even in spite of our arrival plans changing to much earlier, Stefano accommodated in an amazing way and was there to let us in within minutes. Stefano gave us suggestions on sites to see and excellent restaurants to visit. He even helped make dinner reservations for us. We would definitely recommend this property!
