There was free tea, bread, fruits and water. The host kind enough to let us check in at 3am. Although we did pay an extra fee. They cleaned the room really well when we asked them to. The hosts were really friendly. The location is near to bus stops and in front of the termini which was very convenient for us. A lot of nearby restaurants and convenient stores. Blankets were thick and warm.

The room overall was pretty good especially when you check other options in Rome, which are usually trash, so this was above average, for sure. They also left us some snacks everyday like croissants, bananas, tea, water...

It was very clean! room is big bathroom is newly renovated, location is perfect - super near the termini station, if you want to get to colosseum you just need to walk 20 min to get there. We had a late night flight and had to check in after midnight and there were no problem, one of the employees was waiting for us. There were free juices, water and croissants provided for us. Our room was even cleaned during our stay. it was very nice and pleasant.

The location, the host was very friendly he made sure that we had breakfast every day. The location is pretty close to the main train station which was very convinient. The facilities were okay, our room had a private bathroom.

the location was super convenient. it was right next to the train station and close to the Colosseum. the staff of the property were extremely helpful and friendly. The experience here was much better than what the ad advertised.
