We loved how calm the property is even though is super close to Vatican city. There are great local restaurants close by and these will be the best meals you’ll get in Rome. Much better than in more tourist areas. Room is very cozy and incredible comfortable. We loved the stay

Property is beautiful and in a great location. Feels very private, upscale, clean, and quiet. Check in was easy, and the host is a great communicator. Host let us drop off our luggage before our check in time, which was greatly appreciated. Lots of different spaces to relax in indoors and outdoors.
Highly recommended this place the location and the cleanliness. Just the stairs is challenging.

The high tech check in facility the only accommodation we stayed on that we can use our mobile to go in and out of the property as well as the location it was near to the places we love to visit. Very safe to walk around within the vicinity.
Very nice several days spent in a Roman Villa, that almost seemed to be all our own.

The facilities were impressive and they provided an isolated, quiet atmosphere in the middle of Rome (Big city). Security was exceptional, and Rossella was truly amazing in her continuous availability and willingness to provide assistance in even difficult circumstances. There are many rooms at the facility and also quite an impressive outdoor garden that apparently no one used (At least while we were there); so we felt we had free run and privacy almost everywhere.
Well decorated and in a great location. The room is a good size and whole place has a relaxing vibe.

We loved the illuminated bath tub in the room. The villa is in a great location and the garden is surprisingly good size in that area. Close to Vatican and Cipro metro station. Good restaurants and cafes nearby.
An Oasis of Calm in a Bustling City.

A truly lovely, very clean house in a quiet location (apart from the several loudish gatherings that went on nearby during our stay) away from traffic noise. It was great to have a conservatory type room, a downstairs sitting room and a lovely garden with several tables and chairs in it to use. We stayed in the Junior Suit which was a good size room that had a bathroom just up a couple of stairs. Breakfast was a Croissant and Coffee in a local restaurant. The property is idealy situated for public transport links with the 49 bus stopping on the Vatican side and several other busses on the nearby main road on the otherside of the property. There are two Metro Staition (Valle Aurellia and Cipro) and a mainline station (Valle Aurellia) only a short walk away and the public transport fares are extreamly cheep in Italy. We had a lovely couple of days away from Rome where we took the mainline train and a bus out to Tivoli to visit Villa D'Este, and the train to Bracciano to visit the Castle. The mainline train at Valle Aurellia links up with the train at Roma Ostiense that goes out to Fiumicino Airport.

Great little hotel with amazing secluded gardens, our host was very helpful with advice and assistance during our stay, booking taxis etc... steps for access to hotel.
