Breakfast was very nice and a good addition. The room was clean, I just did not expected it one of the days and left my room a mess and I felt bad. I did really enjoy the grounds and neighborhood.

The place is extremely clean. Worn down but, well kept all and all. We got a room with a private bathroom which I highly recommend. This is the kind of place you want to stay if you are going to go to Rome and get up in the morning early, visit the city, do your thing, and come back take a bath, and sleep. Nothing more. Breakfast is basic, a coffee and espresso machine, and counted bread pastries. If you think you want something more, I recommend going to "Le Serre" across the street for a delicious brunch or breakfast or taking your breakfast in the city. The nuns that run the place are more about getting things done, that actual "customer service", so don't expect the niceties of a concierge or a hotel. The beds are small, but work, if you are on a budget, but need somewhere safe, clean, cheap, and close to a bus station that will get you anywhere in Rome, this is the place to go. BTW every night you have to be back by 11 PM.

Very kind staff, room with airco made the difference on a hot night. Very good rates. Bus stop to go downtown is right outside the property.
