Nice and clean accommodation in an old building. Great location. We could reach almost all the tourist and historical sites on foot. Small cafes and pasticcerias are close by. All in all, a great stay.

The location is great, very close to the San Giovani gate so 15 min of nice walk to the Colosseum and 5 min walk to the A metro line and even leas to C metro line. Thin means easy access to the train station and to all touristic places in Rome. The location is in a quiet area, there is a coffee shop in the same building. The rooms have no fantastic view but if you are in Rome for a city break and you only need the room to sleep it is perfect. The room is big enough, it is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Great location next to metro, bus to center next to the door. Very good area, quiet and safe. Host very nice. We had coffee on our table gift from host, also commun coffee machine at the entrance. Very helpful for us. Fridge full of water, very silent. Just across the street there was a bar with lovely coffee and croissants for breakfast.

We did not have breakfast as we were nt informed when we arrived and I forgot completely that it was complimentary . The location was ideal for us as we were not too far from the Colosseum, The Vatican and other tourist attractions.

Excellent location (under 5' from metro station and under 30' from the colloseum on foot), friendly stuff, good communication, clean and spacious room and bathroom. Ideal for a city break. As it's located in a residential building, it has 3 sets of doors to enter the room, so felt really safe.

Located in one of the best areas of the city, you basically feel like you are living in Rome. It's quiet and private but still close to the centre and metro is nearby. Also, one of the best ice cream places is very close :).
