Insanely good location, large, comfortable room, and helpful staff

The hotel itself is more of a single-hallway guesthouse, and the location is OUTSTANDING: It is close to several good restaurants and a Tigre grocery store. Repubblica Station is just down the street, and Roma Termini (the main train station) is close as well. It is very possible to walk to the Colosseum, the Forum, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon - you can spend days exploring this area without using any public transportation. The front desk worker, Jeffrey, was extremely helpful and patient with us; he took out a map of Rome and essentially planned out 2-3 walking tours for us when we checked in. The room was quite large and comfortable, with nice beds and tons of pillows. There is no view to speak of, but that was not a huge factor for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and convenient location walkable to few main attractions, stores and restaurants.

We got an upgrade to a room at the 2nd level facing the main street. The room and its bathroom a better layout than the last time. The staff did what they can to get us the extra luggage racks we need.

Location, right in the middle of many shops and restaurants, and not too far from other key establishments such as the train station. And there was a decent area that let us rest and chill while waiting for our room, and that we may leave our luggage in the storage for a few days.

great location 10 minute walk from all sites and Termini station , very usefull if planning to continue by train to other cities. Very rare to our times but reception was always manned and personnel were very helpful. Very clean premises, big room, comfortable bed
