The b&b is located in a simple building with a nice courtyard at the entrance, there are a few rooms and the one where I stayed was very nice and equipped with everything you would need. There was also a mini fridge and 2 bottles of water, which I think is a nice touch. There is a big tv with options for netflix, youtube etc and also the AC. What I enjoyed the most was how welcoming and helpful Omar(the person who checked us in) is, he answered all of our questions in a very kind way and he also helped us with getting in contact with the owner since we immediately chose to stay here again for our next weekend in rome in a few weeks!

Very friendly staff and super good communication. The room was comfortable with a good size bathroom. Location next to the termini train station is great and extremely convenient.

Simple rooms near the train station. Basic services are guaranteed and everything works fine. The personnel is kind and helpful. The building has an elevator, a lovely green garden and the main residential area closes its doors in the evening for extra security. I do recommend it for short stays in the capital city.

The receptionist was really nice and super helpful. He let us have a room on the first floor as we had heavy bags.
Recommended for tourists on a medium budget.

Nice spacious room near main train station. The courtyard outside the entrance was very nice with turtles in a pond. However, you are not allowed to sit and eat or smoke in the courtyard.
