The facility was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a minor problem with the toilet flush and it was fixed very quickly the next morning. The customer service whatsapp channel is very responsive and constructive.

The location is centrally located and close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, yet on a quiet street away from the crowds. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern. Loved the lighting! Check in was very easy and the Espresso machine and mini-bar were a nice touch!
