Ideal for what I needed - a clean and comfortable bed to crash in after a long day.

Perfect budget accommodation. Clean, modern bathroom facilities and a comfy bed. I didn’t use the communal kitchen area but it was always clean and tidy. Accommodated late check in.

The room is large enough with a nice small terrace to have your drink or breakfast. There is a well equipped common kitchen and dinning room to make a coffee or tea or to prepare your food: there is a nice supermarket to buy all of products: just around the corner

Easy access to the Vatican and restaurants nearby without a ton of tourist traffic. The AC worked well, Wi-Fi was strong, lots of scooters and bikes nearby to get around.
I found it easy to navigate my way to and from the main attractions.

I got a train from Roma Termini to St Pietro station, which I believe took about 25 mins, and another 20 mins walk from St Pietro station to Luxury House Vaticano. Vatican City is about 25 mins walk from the property. There is a bus stop about 2-3 mins walk from the property. I didn’t use the buses though. Close to shops and places to eat and drink. I found it within easy walk of the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi fountain (if you don’t mind walking). The staff I met, Alejandro and Fatima were friendly. The accommodation is on the first floor. There is a lift which I didn’t use. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. Shower and a bath. Renovation going on in the block but it didn’t affect my stay

I loved that it featured a corner spa bath, and that it was located close to a station right by the high road with nearby supermarkets, shops, bars and cafes.

Host is super friendly, and helped us out wherever he could. The place is near to Vatican, and with lots of nice restaurants in the area and also great infrastructure (train, buses). AC provided in the apartment and nice comfy beds and calming ambiente.

Very responsive and quick to answer, easy check in and the room itself was nice, very comfortable beds, spa bath a nice touch. Everything you needed for a short stay.
