The apartment was very spacious with two big bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen. It was well situated. Fabrizio, one of the owners was present to welcome us and facilitate check in. He was very friendly and helped us a lot, giving plenty of information about the apartment and the city. He even provided us with extra treats!

Fabrizio is an excellent host, helpful and extremely friendly. He took a lot of time to give us information about the apartment and hints about what to do in the closer vicinity. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood pretty quiet. The breakfast in der nearby Caffè d'Italia was good with excellent Cappuccino. You can either work your way around or take public transport. The tram is pretty convenient to get to Colosseo or Travestere.

Hosts Roberto and Fabrizio were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They helped arrange airport transportation and I was greeted enthusiatically by them upon arrival to the appartment. The appartment was bright, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was well equipped with towels and a luxurious shower and nice hot water. The bed was large and comfortable with many pillows. Window shutters can be shut to make the apartment very dark for sleeping. AC was amazing to have in the Roman heat. Having a fridge and electric kettle was very convenient, but most beneficial was the laundry machine! Fabrizio and Roberto gave great recommendations for local cafes and restauarant and gave some special extra touches that really made the stay great. Overall, it was a magnificent place to stay and when I am back in Rome I will not hesitate to book with them again.
