Perfect apartment just 20 minutes away from Rome's center.

The owner was in contact with me before my arrival via Whatsapp and responded immediately to the one question I had. The apartment is a good size and well furnished. There is a little balcony for a drink outside in good weather. I adored the neighborhood with the fantastic Caffarella park just steps away and many shops and restaurants just outside the door. Staying here gives you an excellent feel for what it really is like to live in Rome.

Everything. The apartment was very clean, comfortable with every necessary equipment. The neighbourhood was quiet and well connected to the city centre and the sights. Contact with a host was quick and without any problems.

Very friendly and helpful communication with the host via WhatsApp. In between my stay he even asked if everything was ok. When you arrive you are either let in through the front door by the concierge or you ring the bell for the host. You can access the apartment itself with a code and inside there is the key for the front door so you can get in independently of the concierge and host. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. It was very clean and tidy. The furnishings were exemplary with everything you could need for living, cooking and washing. The host is very attentive and even left small goodies like muffins and water in the fridge. There is a small coffee machine that works with capsules, but you need to buy them yourself if you need coffee every day. The bathroom is a bit small, but modern and very well equipped. The bedroom has a large closet for clothes. The double bed is very comfortable with a high quality mattress. There is also a balcony that can be accessed via the bedroom. You can sit down there to eat or smoke and, if necessary, hang up your laundry. A clothes rack and pegs are available. Even if you can sometimes hear the neighbors, it is generally very quiet and you can sleep undisturbed. The WiFi worked well so far. The location is not entirely central, but very close to the metro station and you can quickly get to the city center. Supermarkets for buying groceries are within walking distance. Pretty much everything was absolutely great and it was the best holiday apartment I ever had.

El apartamento era muy bonito, cómodo y con todas las necesidades necesarias. El acceso era con código, por lo que no era necesario estar pendiente de un horario para entrega de llaves, todo un acierto! Además ubicación excelente gracias a la linea A de metro a 50m.
