Most central location you can find in Rome! Great host! Breakfast had the best crunchy bacon!! The general atmosphere in the hotel is lovely. It is quite even during daytime, the rooms and the hall smell nice and clean!

The Staff (Fablisio? Alex and Erica) were friendly, welcoming, accommodating, very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is blocks away from the Spanish Steps and walking distance from everything. I would highly recommend this property…it was quiet, perfectly located to everything and the breakfast was excellent. Well worth the money.
The only thing that I didn't like is the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.

The location was absolutely exceptional. Walking distance from the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, very close proximity to fabulous restaurants and shops also. We walked as far as the colosseum and the Vatican, about a 40 minute walk but you’d walk all day around room it’s so beautiful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful! They organised our transfer back to the airport which took so much stress off us when we were leaving. Overall I could not recommend this property enough and already know we will be booking it upon our next trip to Rome!

Location was great, room size just enough. Bed was so hard my hips ached, pillows so flat. The room and bathroom lovely. Sound proofing not great. We listened to the Americans next door argue and heard every word for 3 hours. Breakfast great, staff lovely.
