I strongly recommend this accommodation. My girlfriend and me were accommodated for three days at LIANOGUESTHOUSE. The host was very hospitable to us during the whole period, we kept in touch every day. We arrived some hours before the check-in, we had the possibility to let the luggage in the room until the official check-in. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had small surprises from the host, like a bottle of delicious red wine, coffee, water and many sweets. The quality-price ratio is also very good. Another important aspect is that the public transport is very close to the accommodation, buses(2 minutes by walk), Ottaviano metro station(10 minute by walk). We really appreciate the host hospitality and good accommodation conditions, this makes us believe that we will return in the future.

No breakfast was included in the price but the kitchen was fully equipped, in case we needed to cook anything. A superb bakery is nearby that covered all our breakfast needs, which I would strongly recommend.
Ideal location with many transport availab, great flat facilities although you book the bedroom.

The easy check-in; the nice bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (perfect for the children), the little table and the frigde in the bedroom but above all the access to the fully-equipped kitchen; quiet building (you can hear the noise of the street a bit, but after a full day of walking, you tend to sleep deeply), super easy communication with the landlord who was very attentive and available, spacious bathroom with cleaning products available, incl. washing machine. Very easy to get around with many bus stops 5 min away, 2 km nice walk to St Peter or Plaza del Popolo
I can say the best items in order are: the host, the location, and the cleanness.

The location is very good, you have access easily to the city center and historical places via trains and buses. A lot of shops and restaurants are around you. The area is safe and calm and The host is so friendly and helpful. Also we had access to all cooking facilities. Our room and the kitchen were so clean. There is an air conditioner there which is needed for Rome weather.

Apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped, I would say that most equipped I have ever seen. The best location, near the train and bus stations, near the Vatican city and you can walk anywhere by foot, location was just perfect. I was surprised with the owner’s hospitality: he even left us delicacies Italian wine, beer, juices, cold water, coffee and tea. I have never seen the attentive host like this! We even enjoyed staying at hotel, while traveling in Rome. I would stay here for every my visit in Rome! R E C C O M E N D E D!!!!!
