Super! Unexpectedly good hotel. Smaller than it looks, but very very clean, smells good, all necessary thing are in the room/bathroom, very nice owner, was a pleasant surprise that breakfast was included. Option to have coffee with milk from machine is a great aspect. Thanks, if we come to Roma again, would try to stay here.

Room was quite nice and definitely clean. Breakfast was just some sweet snacks but we could also have coffee and tea. Location was the best- close to Termini train station and with bus stop next to the apartment. It was quiet area, very sweet with nice restaurants close to it. Also, price was very attractive in February for three nights.
