The location is very close to Rome train station. It's convenient when we arrived at Rome station and also need to take train to airport. It is very clean, almost brand new, and the host is very helpful. He allowed us to leave of our luggage at the reception when we arrived two hours earlier before check-in time. It's near all restaurants, shops, MacDonald and a department store at train station.

Good/convenient location, worked smoothly with key codes/access to the building, clean rooms, big and spacious bed and bathroom. A nice coffee machine inside the room. Very near termini station. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick to answer any questions we had in person or chat.

Everything was great! Really close to the train station, we easily walked with our luggage, very close to nice restaurants, subway, parks, and more. Some reviews say it can feel unsafe at night, but I didn’t feel that at all! Walked at night all the time and had no issues whatsoever. When you arrive there’s maybe 6 steps and then a small elevator (it fit three people fine) to the third floor. Right in front of the elevator is a door, and inside is the common area and the doors to all the rooms. The room was very clean, very modern, and overall very comfortable. Bathroom was big and everything looked brand new. We appreciated the slippers and tooth brushes, and the water bottles when we arrived. We would definitely book again!

Comfortable stay! Was explained very well as to how the codes work and all. Very close to the Termini so taking metro and trains was much easier keeping this place in Rome as base.
