The location is literally perfection, with the apartment located right in the middle of the city. Great value for money + if you’re looking for a basic accomodation which will maximise your time in Rome, this is a great option. FYI - The apartment is part of a building complex and the number to dial outside the complex to get inside is “Int 3.”

Clean and tidy, provides the basics that you need if you just want a base and a short walk to the hotspots 👍

Served its purpose as a base to get out. 15/20 minute walk to all the main tourist spots. Was clean on arrival, shower was hot, tv had apps to log into at bedtime- Netflix etc

Excellent base to explore Rome from, the room itself is decent and the bathroom functional.

It's quite near to the Colosseo. Easlily accessed by metro or bus. It has few bars near to have a breakfast. The stuff was very friendly.

Madlena
The lady who was there was very polite and let us go there early in the morning. It was very close to several places -Roma Termini,Coloseum,a lot of places to eat and shops.

The location is very good. It is a walkable distance from Termini station (10-15 mins). The Colosseum is also around 20 minutes walk or 3 stations away by bus (Manzoni bus/metro station is just behind the corner). I appreciate that it was possible to check in late (21h). The lady that welcomed us, even though she does not speak English, was very kind and showed us the room, bathroom etc. We were not in the room much, so it was a nice stay, fair price (for Rome) and as expected to be.
