The location is the best. The staff are amazing - special mention to Dario and the woman who is from Romania, I believe her name was elena. She was so nice and helpful. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back.

A great location at the bottom of the Spanish Steps. Lovely room, comfortable bed and lovely en suite. Great breakfast! Staff were warm and welcoming and really helpful.

The location is exceptional. The property is just 2 min. to Spanish steps by walking. The property is so quite even it is in the heart of the city. Property has no elevator and there are plenty amount of stairs to reach your room. Therefore if you have a child under 5 you should take this into your consideration. Breakfast is ok. Bad is so comfy. Every single room has patio so you can hang out and smoke. Dario and Elena, hosts, were extremely kind, friendly and hepful.

The location was absolutely brilliant, and the room was just like the pictures. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was an added bonus. We could also leave our luggage at the venue.

We had a great time at our overall stay, the location was great (just in the middle of the Spanish steps), Elena at the reception works like a machine! She is very kind and hard working and she is there almost all day. We liked the breakfast although we only went once (personal preference). It was like a small cafe.
