The staff was friendly from the beginning; the location is great, less than 30 minutes to most of Rome's attractions, and the daily breakfast offered by the bistro next door was great. It was a great experience and would definitely return.

We arrived early because of a change in our flight, yet we were greeted by possibly the kindest staff in Rome, who not only made no issue of it, but offered great recommendations for places to go around the guesthouse. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed packed in a great design, plus the location was just right (close to the Vatican and only a few minutes away from the Cipro metro station). Before I forget, breakfast downstairs was tasty and plentiful, so it's definitely a 10/10!

We stayed here for the third time. Again the location was perfect, just near Cipro. The staff is the best, Gabriel helped with late check-out which is definitely a tough thing for such hotels that are all the time fully booked. There are wonderful commodities around the hotel, so one will get everything he needs in the eternal city.

We stayed here for the second time, unfortunately we didn't get the room upstairs, it was rather on the first floor. The facilities were almost the same, but it felt a bit different, it is maybe the taste and personal preference. The room was smaller. Anyways, the staff was very good and helpful, they even arranged an early check-in for us, which was really touching. The staff is definitely out values the price, deep respect for them! Recommended for service and location!

Perfect position for Vatican visit, especially museums (10 minutes walking). 5 minutes to metro station Cipro. Grocery store and some restaurants and local fast food shops are very close. Even street parking was not problem.

The room was very clean and the size was good. The bed was really comfortable. The shower is very good. The hotel has an excellent location, near metro station (5 mins walk - and in the same line (A) that takes you to Piazza del Popolo, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, and in a couple of minutes takes you to Termini station where you change to Line B and pick up the metro to Colosseum and Roman Forum - about 7 mins) and near vaticam museum (9 mins walk). Next door there is an amazing coffee (Da lili Bistrot) where you can eat a very good breakfast, brunch or lunch and the prices are adjusted/economical - in my opinion regarding the good quality of the food the prices are low. The person responsible for the accommodation (Cristina) is very helpful and friendly. I stayed in this hotel on June 2023 and for all of this i returned now (Feb 2024) with my family.
