Good location! Staff very friendly. Special thanks to Stephanie! The room was comfortable. The only thing that may cause inconvenience if you are with a big luggage, you should carry it to the 3-rd floor. All the rest is very nice!

The staff went above and beyond and really made us feel welcomed. They felt like family. The location was perfect (5 minutes from the Trevi fountain, 10 minutes from the Pantheon). The daily breakfast was amazing and something we all looked forward to. Nicola and her staff were very attentive. Nicola waited for us in front upon our arrival. And on the last day, the streets were closed because of a marathon and Nicola did not abandon us. She helped us push our luggage to another street and was on the phone to help us finally get a taxi. Thankfully we were able to get one and make our train on time!

We selected our breakfast on arrival and it was delivered exactly at the requested time each morning. Staff were lovely and brought us extra coffee upon request!

Wonderful location in the centre of Rome - Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps all quite nearby. Concierge team was so helpful making bookings for us for meals and transfers.
