The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very close to a bus stop making getting around much easier. We found several places to eat in walking distance. The room was cleaned well during our stay and we always had fresh towels. The bedding was warm The clothing washer was convenient to have in the room. Breakfast on the private balcony was a highlight of the trip with a great view.

The location was excellent . Easy walk to Vatican City and plenty of restaurants / cafes close by. Close to train / metro / buses. Accomodated family of 5 in one room. Room has fridge and snacks.
