Clean rooms and bedding. Breakfast was continental and adequate. Staff were friendly and the location excellent. Easy walk to the main train terminal, the Colosseum, Trevi fountain and the pantheon.

I loved the garden and the staff. The pastries and coffee in the morning were great, thank you for making hard boiled eggs! I loved the laid-back atmosphere and it felt like stepping into the hotel was like travelling back in time. It has a great mid century feel. The location is ABSOLUTELY fantastic. Don't expect to relax after a long day with some mindless television, the TV in my room was about the size of my laptop, which, in it's own way, is totally perfect. Sit in the garden, go to the bar on the corner and just immerse yourself in Rome.
