The staff are extremely friendly, the location is fantastic, and the breakfast is pretty tasty.

Friendly och helpful staff. Great location, only about 20 min walk to the Colosseum and the train station is just around the corner. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Hotel rum was enough for 2 nights, bed was a little hard for my taste but good pillows and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was good but average, coffe was good but more bread options and maybe some veggies would be good as well. Lots of yummy treats.

The hotel is near the station, the room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was especially fond of the small dog sitting on the reception desk. He just had an operation so I hope he is doing well
Nice clean hotel, perfectly located to get around the city easily

Location was perfect, very close to Termini station that we got the train from and to the airport, also the Metro was located below the station and we used this to get around Rome. Finally we were able to get the Hop on Hop off bus outside the station. Overall a perfect hotel for a city break. Staff were lovely in particular the older gentleman who taught me some Italian ☺️

The location is perfect for travellers using Termini Station. Very clean and the breakfast is filling. Friendly staff and cute dog, Meme! Lift was old-fashioned but charming and holds 2 people and a big luggage easily. Bed was hard but I like it that way. Bathroom was comfortable to use. Would definitely recommend!

its good 3 star hotel in center of Rome with less than 5 mins walking distance from the termini. the room is good and clean. the receptionist was very friendly and willing to help.

Location was excellent, room was decent and clean, staff were very friendly and nice except for one guy. But maybe he was already tired when we spoke to him.
