Good, mostly, unnecessary stress with room key spoiled our experience

The location is fantastic,in a bustling street,close to everything.The room was really good for the price in that location,but we were did have an issue on our second night.In returning to the room after a long day,we were locked out,our key didn't work, another couple returns at same time and also their keys didn't work.It was all very stressful.We eventually got some help from golden tulip hotel, but it has put us off returning, until this issue is resolved and maybe upgrade the door key system.
