The hotel and the staff were really nice and helpful!! My girlfriend had an accident and sprained her ankle on our last night in Rome which obviously modified our plans but the hotel staff was most helpful and tried to accommodate us with everything they possibly could so thank you again for all of them, they've been exceptional really!!

The location of the hotel was very good, close to trams, buses and metro. The breakfast was also good with fresh croissants. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Everything was very good, room was clean and comfortable, people working there were very kind and helpful. Localisation of hotel is good because is relatively close to the main train and bus station and there is no need to use any transportation to get to main attractions (to be honest, walking there let's you see many fine places which one could not take as point of interest considering they are not specifically pointed on the map). The breakfast was nice and tasty but it wouldn't hurt to make it a bit more diverse. Still I can't say I haven't found enough tasty food to completely satisfy my hunger :)
