Viola is the best receptionist you will find In rome, she is incredibly kind and informative and will go the extra mile to help you. Will is also very nice and helpful but most of my interactions were with viola. From the moment you arrive they will try to teach you everything you would want to know, like where to eat and drink etc. These two people make this older hotel something special.

I feel like I need to leave an honest review for this. Frankly there was very little to like about it apart from the location and price (in comparison to other hotels) - but that's what I wanted. I'm a solo traveller that didn't want to stay in a hostel, and this was the next cheapest option in a good location. But it did the job. The bed (pretty sure it was a camp bed) was actually very comfortable, and the sheets were clean, which meant I could sleep. I felt fairly safe in the area and the room. The shower was also pretty powerful and hot, despite the state of it. I'd book it again regardless of the shabbyness (to put it mildly) of the room.

It was a nice room. Good size for 4 nights stay. The location was very good. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Location was good. Room was clean. They didn't charge me for towels and AC like other people say in comments. Location was 5 minutes on foots till Metro station and 12 minutes on foots till Termini train station. Many bus stations are also near. Restaurant they recommended have good food. All in all I didn't have bad experience like other people writing in rewievs.

This hotel is located in good location to access to historical palaces and good restaurants and etc.

staff were really kind and recommended good stuff for us to do and see in rome, showed us routes on a map etc. quiet location and good area, good walking distance. close to walk to fountain, also close to a lovely park called villa Borghese. had air conditioning that worked. got towels and beds were clean.
Review for another hotel, as I was moved without any agreement.

Hotel located only 5 mins walk to Termini Trains station. Wi-fi is free.
I don't recommend it. Cold water, changed hotel.
