Great location, very clean, some room for improvement in facilities

The room was very clean and had a good size. A little fridge and table was part of the room. My room had a balcony and faced a courtyard. It was very quiet especially given the busy area it is located in. Amazing location only a few minutes walking distance from Roma Termini station.
We enjoyed staying there.

Very good location. Really very near train station, and close to numerous restaurants (Michelin starred resto as well as KFC), also a few convenient stores are just around the corner.
The room faces inner yard so it was quiet without city bustle /noise
The room is equipped with an air conditioning system and it does work (althogh we didn't use it but it comes handy when it gets hot)
The receptioniste was absolutely charming.

If you have a limited budget then this is a perfect hotel. Its location, cleanness and staff are amazing. It is not a conventional hotel- rather an aparthotel. The rooms are way too small, noisy and unattractive but for limited budget it is perfect. I want to thank the staff- the receptionist is simply amazing!

The location was perfect, in the city center right next to the train station but not noisy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always clean and wasn’t too small for two people.

The location was excellent for the train station & close to Santa Maria Maggiore. Also not too far from the Coliseum. There were plenty of places to eat at around us. Lucia on Reception was wonderful.
