The staff were always lovely and friendly, and the room suited our needs for our 2 night stay. The staff stored our bag for us prior to check in, and offered to store our bags after check out. Also very close to the train station.

The hotel has a great location and very kind employees. It is very close to the tram also you can walk to the metro in 10 minutes. If you want to find potable water, you can reach it on foot in just 2 minutes. If It’s your first trip to Rome, they can explain to you some great places on the map.

The room was great and the balcony was really nice to get even though there was a bit of hesitation from reception saying they usually charge extra, despite it being confirmed on booking.com. The room was grand but nothing special.
