The staff are very kind and friendly. The hotel and room are clean and very comfortable. Air conditioner works well too. The location is also excellent, close to Termini station and easy to reach sightseeing spots such as the Colosseum by bus.

Staff went above and beyond and preempted any requests I might've had, offering luggage stowage and even espresso in the afternoon well after I checked out. Breakfast service was lovely, with a good selection of baked goods, eggs, toast, cereal, risotto, etc. as well as a few juices and coffees.

Great little hotel within a short walking distance to the Colosseum and Forum. Actually we managed to walk to most of the sites from the hotel (but it was a hike at times!) But Metro station only about 5 mins down from hotel and main train station (Termini) just 10 mins up the road, which takes you to the Leonardo's airport via coach or train (depending on your bargain), we went with the coach, which was cheap and workable. Breakfast was so lovely on the roof top terrace. Lots of yummy things to eat. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast area. Room cleaned and bed made up every day. Sheets very clean. Good shower, water hot. Kettle and fridge in room.
