Great location. Hotel owner was very helpful. Room is very spacious. Loved the balcony. Elevator did work. People just needed to close the door completely when they got off the floor. Otherwise it stalled.

The room had interesting features like a bath tube and sauna. The facility had a complete kitchen. The room had snacks available (incredible). The location is outstanding: 10min to the castel sant'angelo, 15 min to the vatican, 10 min to piazza navona, etc. The facilty is right above a really interesting restaurant (Clotilde). Although there is no reception at the site, hence no crew, they made sure to perfectly guide and left a sweet handwritten note in our room.

Location is fantastic. Clean. Room serviced daily. Stayed in the Domus Adriani Annexe as hotel was closed. Breakfast rolls, water and snacks provided. Terrace is lovely.
We had a great week and would definitely do it again. The location is fantastic.

My sister and I stayed at the annex building of the hotel which only has 5 rooms which share a common kitchen area. It was great! It felt more like a private little apartment in the heart of Rome.
