HI, We had asked for accommodation accessible with elevator. There were not enough plates, cups, etc. You had it for 7 people then just 2 plates and 2 glasses is not enough. We had 2 elderly people with us and we did not expect to climb up the flight of stairs. Also, you had given an Address on the website and we had to wait 20-30 mins in the heat and it was a different Address than mentioned and had someone come to give the Keys. It caused confusion and stress for us. Otherwise, the locations and the rooms were perfect. Kesang

We didn’t like anything about this property.This property is completely scam. It’s says apartment but don’t provide any kitchenware and not even electric kettle. We asked for kitchenware and the lady said because of covid they don’t provide kitchenware. There’s no point of booking apartment if you can’t even have hot water
