The location is convenient. Close to the Metro and multiple bus lines, a coffee/breakfast place downstairs as well as a convenience store, and within very short distance of multiple nice restaurants.
The staff was helpful in planning the arrival and the check-in, and the un-planned storage of our bags on the last day (Thank you Michela!).
The common areas were clean/functional.

It was setup like a communal place with multiple rooms and then communal kitchen. I thought it was weird that it almost had enough to cook but not....no table or chairs and not enough kitchen stuff like a pan but one pot and no knife. So it could be really nice but its not there. For a few nights and just making coffee its good but wee like to eat...No one on site could have been a problem if something happened.
