Mario and his partner were very nice all the time. Clean place and safe though Termini is not to far. Close to public transport. Nice small restaurants close by.

The room was exactly as advertised, excellent location, very cute design, and affordable. Mario and Viktoria were both so kind and accommodating as well!

A great independent guest house close to Roma Termini station, less than 10 minutes to walk, and 20-30minutes to walk to most of the major tourist sites. Large clean room with private bathroom across the hallway. Shared kitchen/lounge area which was well equipped. Owner Mario super friendly and helpful with lots of good suggestions for where to go and what to see- he even carried my (very heavy!) bag up the stairs for me - grazie Mario!!

A really good place to discover and enjoy the city on foot, by bus or underground.

Very nice balcony with a wonderful „typical italian feeling“. Have a glass of wine here in the evening and you will not leave. Mario, the owner, gave us a lot of good and helpful tips for sightseeing and dinner.
