Exceeded my imagination. The guest house is spotlless clean, the location is perfect for transportation purposes. Complimentary snacks and wifi was very good. And the Self-check-in/out was great as i never had difficulties accessing the building and the room whenever i wanted. Very good experience. I'll be visiting again.

Great location, 20 minute walk to Colosseum or a bus ride away from other attractions. Room was quite big, there were free snacks provided during breakfast, kettle in the room and the host was great and accommodated all of our needs.

Awesome location, close to almost everything. We walked from the hotel to most of the places. It's also close by to a metro station.
Walking distance from Roma Termini. Several Indian restaurants nearby. Colosseum is 20 mins walk.

Cakes and Biscuites for breakfasts. Beds and Room was cleaned and sufficient towels were in Bathrooms. Close to Roma Termini St. For kids, there are some toys and playing games which was amazing.

Room in accordance with the photos. Well equiped. Bed confortable. Easy check-in and excellent communication with the host. At 10-15 minutes from Termini station by foot. Everything was as expected. Nice snacks for fast breakfast :)

Check-in was straightforward but it would have been nicer to see someone sitting at reception at least once. Otherwise, everything was basically as advertised - so no surprises. The location was very good for train travellers and the neighbourhood in which this accommodation is located was very pleasant.

It’s very clean, quiet, near the central station around 10 mins walk. Many bus stops are a few minutes away, so good location. The hostess, Raja, was very nice and helpful. bed is comfy, fresh towels, good shower. the guesthouse smells nice all the time. There is no breakfast, but coffee, cereals and cookies available in the kitchen.
