The owner, Andrea, was extremely nice, welcoming and attentive, gave all the info needed to get to the apartment from de airport, checked to see how the stay was going. The apartment had a lot of commodities, was clean, and has a great location 5min walk from/to the train station. The check-in process was super practical and easy. Overall was a great experience.

The building consists of 3 separate apartments, each with its own private bathroom, along with a fully equipped shared kitchen where guests can prepare coffee or cook meals. The room was clean with towels provided. The apartment's most positive attribute is its prime location, with bus and tram stops reachable within a maximum of 5 minutes' walk, as well as a train station connecting the accommodation to the Vatican and the airport (FCO). Andrea & Francesca were exceptionally helpful, providing us with detailed information promptly.
Great location, excellent room, would recommend staying here.

The location was excellent. It was close to transport which got us to all the major attractions easily and quickly. The room was spacious, quiet and clean with a small but accessible, communal kitchen. We filled in online forms to register and pay the taxes; and we received the codes to the doors which made the process streamlined and easy. We had absolutely no problems with the codes.

The room was clean and comfortable; dark and quiet at night, so we slept well. The bathroom was small but functional - the shower worked really well. The shared kitchen area was clean and well stocked, including with an excellent coffee machine. Correspondence with Andrea, the proprietor, was simple, fast, friendly and helpful. The area is convenient - we walked out our first night and had an excellent meal 5 minutes away. I'd highly recommend Green Rooms.
