I will came back. I think this says everything 😊 very good location. We walk everywhere. Room so nice Italian style. Very clean! And also so many little things that show owner attention to client 🌸🤍 some sweet things , everything in bath what you need. I get messages from owner about trains metro. Amazing ! Very quiet place you can rest after long nice day in Rome 😊 near is ice cream shop , Greece Restaurant and so many nice place. I will recommend for all my friend.

Location was good, walking distance (max 30 min) from main monuments. Metro was nearby (300m) if tired of walking. Plenty of places to eat around, some of them are even in the same building. Room itself was everything what is needed.
We loved it and absolutely recommend it as a B&B!

The apartment was located central and everything could be reached by foot. Otherwise there was a metro station near by. The neighborhood around the apartment was very vivid with many cute restaurants and cafes. Still at night it got quiet and was perfect to sleep.

The location is great, just a few minutes away from the metro station lepanto. At every step you have a cute cafe, or pizzeria, or a pub which is very very nice to have. The owner is a great person, super friendly, gave us a few recommendation of where to go eat, what to visit. The croissants and coffee at the place downstairs are heavenly!

The owner let me arrive early and the room was ready. It is a beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. There was a little welcome tray of sweets and toiletries. There was a kettle in the room, but I couldn’t find a socket to plug it in where it would work (maybe my failing not the accommodation?!) but there’s a microwave and coffee machine in a little shared office space so it was fine. The property is less than 5 mins walk from the metro which takes you to Termini in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants in the area. Also a short walk to the Castel San’angelo and done other sights.
