great communication with the owner prior to our arrival, location is excellent, room was clean and well equipped. For the price it’s really good value! cafe downstairs serves great breakfast. Note there is a late check-in fee. Overall great!

Wonderful location above the Giselda cafe. The staff were excellent and any issues were dealt with immediately. Breakfast was included with a delicious array of coffees fresh orange juice pastry’s Italian pannanie’s with yummy meats off the bone cheeses and pesto.
We were able to walk or catch a tram to all of the sites and restaurants

The position of the property was perfect. While noisy, you couldn't hear anything when the window was closed. The staff and the cafe attached to the property were absolutely fantastic.

The location was great, close to many bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean. Check in and out as well as communication with the property manager was easy. The food in the downstairs bakery was very good.

The location is great & easy to find which near to bus stop & they offer us to store our baggage before check in & after check-out. Big help for us. They also offered a great breakfast.

Perfect location! Trastevere has charming nightlife with beautiful restaurants, and the Jewish Quarter across the bridge is a wonderful place for apertivo and an evening stroll. Super easy to walk to the center of Rome, or the bus stop is right outside the accommodation. Awesome staff and yummy breakfast. Great value for money, we'd stay here in a heartbeat!
