We didn't stay on gate40 due to some problems with the room, but the owner hosted us in a similar room 50m away. The location was great, on a residential area, very clean and safe and very close to the city center and monuments. The owner is very helpful and kind and is really committed to make you feel comfortable.

Location is great. just some steps to the metro station where you can take metros to City centre or Vatican Very close to some big super markets. very wonderful and famous pizzeria ( very delicious ;) shops and park around. also one of the most famous patisseries where you could have Tiramisu ! Room is spacious with enough facilities. Bathroom had some issues and I talked accidently to the owner and he said gonna fix that. very kind person :)

The location was the best. Right outside the metro station. Big room, big bathroom, hot water with pressure and warm enough inside. A big supermarket Conad and a pizzeria with good prices right around the corner. Breakfast was ok. Fabrizio, a very nice person, very open to help.
